4 months

So I am finally getting around to posting his four month snapshot. Only 10 days late :) Life has been busy to say the least but LB has been so fun and I have loved watching him explore life more now. 

LB,

You are getting so big! Mommy and Daddy can hardly believe you are already FOUR months old! When we went to the doctor for your 4 month check-up  you weighed in at 18lbs 4oz (95%) and you were 25 and 1/4" tall (64%). Seems like you are evening back out on us :) 

You have accomplished so much this month! You are rolling from your back to your stomach now and love to practice in the middle of the night ;) You have also found your vocal cords and love to jabber all day long. You have started singing to us in the middle of the night, not screaming, but getting to your highest pitch then laughing. You are a crack up! Mommy and Daddy listen through the monitor and just laugh along with you. We are so glad you are a happy baby.

You love to explore nature. Whenever we take you outside you instantly stop "talking" and look around. You love to feel the grass and the leaves with your hands. We think fall may be your favorite season so far because of all the colors and crunchy sound the leaves make under your stroller. We have had so much fun taking you outside and seeing you light up. 

You also love your daddy! Whenever he gets home from work you light up and give him a big smile and laugh. Sometimes he is the only one you want when you are crying. It is so sweet! I know the two of you will be best buds for life. We are so glad to see your personality growing now and seeing what a joy you are. You light up our lives and we are so blessed to be your parents. We know even now God is forming you into the man you will become and we are so glad we get to take part in that shaping journey!
