Slowly they are arriving
Nice juicy fat berries
Its quite the treasure when we find one ready to pick
But this year we have someone beating us to each perfectly ripe delicious berry...
I don't blame him really, they are so good right off the vine. And I know a secret he doesn't... soon there will be many and mommy and daddy will sneak out at night to pick them while he sleeps, leaving only a few on the vine for his hands to grab. So glad he loves strawberries and it is quite cute seeing his face stained red from his plunder.
How are your gardens coming along?
I can't WAIT to have my own garden with berries!
