Week 21... picture time! :)

Baby boy's photoshoot. He wasn't participating at first with showing his face to us but
by the end he gave us one good shot :)

Look at all those fingers

His legs and feet all curled up

His feelings about us takin his picture :)

Finally he let us see his sweet face!

I know this one isn't in 4D but I love his little foot.

Now onto fun facts about this week....

How far along? today I am 21 weeks and 6 days (btw the pics do say 20wks 6days but they moved my due date up at the end to match the one we had a few weeks back, for those of you wondering)

Baby is the size of a(n): he is the length of a banana and weighs 12 oz :)

Changes in me: At our appointment I was weighed and lets just the say the biggest change is the weight on the scale. I guess stress and no sleep do not help you keep your weight in control ;)

Food cravings/aversions: grill cheese sandwiches

Sleeping: I sleep about 4 hours every night. Hoping this starts to increase.

Milestones: Wade finally felt him kick me. It was such a fun moment and I loved he look on Wade's face feeling his son kick him for the first time.

Babies activity: He is a mover and shaker. He wiggles all over. Today in the ultrasound he managed to get both his hands and a foot in a picture with his face. impressive :)

Weird things I read online: I haven't really read anything this week online. I've been pretty busy so I didn't check any of the pregnancy sites

Interesting things that happened this past week/anticdotes: I almost passed out during the ultrasound because our little man was pressing on my vein that takes blood to my heart. Now I understand why they say pregnant women shouldn't lay on their back.

  1. Oh my goodness, I loved this part of being pregnant. The pics! Being pregnant in general does not help you keep your weight in control. ;) Don't fret about it too much, girl. I gained 50 pounds my pregnancy and I lost every bit plus some, you will too!!!
