Vacation time!

So this week Wade and I will be going on vacation. I.AM.SO.EXCITED! We have not had a vacation for just the two of us lasting more than 2 days since our honeymoon.
We are taking a trip to one of top Christmas destination..... Branson, Missouri. I can't wait. I have never been but I love Christmas and I love vacations so I'm sure I am going to love Branson. And it is one of Wade's favorite places to go so I am sure it is going to be great! I can't wait to get back and post some pictures for you all.
Speaking of pictures, sorry there are none up of Halloween yet. They still have not been posted on facebook, so if they ever get posted you will see some pictures of Buddy the Elf and Jovie, otherwise just watch the movie Elf and you will get the idea :)
BTW if you don't read Stuff Christians Like you should check it out. It is one of my links next to my name but the site is http://www.stuffchristianslike.net/. He is doing a drive to build a Kindergarten in Vietnam. It is pretty sweet and he has almost already reached his goal of $30,000... mind you he has reached this goal in less than 24 hours. Wouldn't it be sweet though if God just totally blew that number out of the water and they were able to build multi school for Samaritan's Purse? Please check out his site and see what you can give. Even $5 is great. I think it is cool to see a guy using his blog to do good. And the story of how he decided to do this is so sweet.
Another question, completely unrelated to Jon's blog. But I am baking all the pies for Thanksgiving for my family... do any of you have an awesome homemade pie recipe that you think I should try out? So far I am doing a cranberry pecan pie, carmel apple pie, and a regular pecan pie. I need at least 2 more pies.. but could do more. Let me know if you have any good ones :)
