Happy one month!

Lil g turned one month yesterday! It is crazy how quickly time has gone by and how much growing he has already done. Here is a picture we took of him on his bday and a little note we wrote to him. He is already a ham and made sure to pose for us in this picture:

Lil' g-man,

Happy 1st month birthday! Daddy and I cannot believe you are a month old already. You have gotten so big on us and make us smile each and every day. You are the joy of our lifes. We are so blessed to be your parents and continually praise the Lord for the blessing you have been to this family. We love the way you grunt in your sleep to remind us you are still around, but just so you know, we would never forget you are with us. We do love your grunts though and many nights we will laugh and have conversations in response to your grunts, as if we know what you are saying ;) We also love your sweet smile and your big dimples that shine through your smiley face. You have begun to make more eye contact with daddy and me and have even cracked a few smiles at us, we love that! We love when you fall asleep in our arms and cuddle up close to us as if you are saying you love us so much too. We can't believe how quickly you are growing up and that you are already out of your newborn diapers and some of your newborn clothes. But we are so excited to watch you grow into the man God has made you to be, we just hope it doesn't happen too fast ;)

One of your favorite things right now is when daddy picks you up and takes a big dip down while making the whooping sound. You also love being sung to and listening to the radio. Your most favorite thing of all though is being held especially by mommy. You love being picked up and rocked all day and will snuggle up in whoevers arms are holding you, we love that.

Thank you for the new joy and love you have added to this family. We are so blessed to be your mommy and daddy and are so excited to watch you grow!
