1~  I'm in love with fall! Last night we left our windows open and woke up to a crisp 46*. Perfect hot tea and cuddling with LB weather this morning :) 

2~ Saturday was a busy day for us. Not only did we make it out to an apple orchard to pick up some delicious apples to make applesauce with but we also bought a new to us car.

3~ Speaking of car, we have been looking into buying a bigger vehicle since LB arrived and were planning on purchasing one in November or December but Saturday morning hubs was on carmax and found a great deal on a 2009 Dodge Journey so we decided to jump on the deal and loaded up our 1997 Toyota Camry and head to KC to pick it up. So we traded in our camry and  drove off the lot at 10pm in our new car. So thankful our family lives in KC or LB would've thrown an even bigger fit that night from lack of sleep.

4~ In this month alone LB will have gained 5 new playmates! 3 of which are relatives... I think we are entering a new baby boom!

5~ Last Wednesday we found out that not only did LB have a sinus infection but also is suffering from a bad case of eczema. No wonder the poor thing has been so fussy. Hopefully the medicines clear everything up soon! Oh and while at the doc we found out LB weighs in at 17lbs 9oz. Who knew hubs and I would grow giants

6~ I have discovered steel cut oats and am in love! I wish I had bought more when we were at Whole Foods. I guess that just means a trip there this week :)
