Seven Months

LB,

You are 7 months old! You are growing up so fast. You now weigh about 20.5 lbs and are about 28 inches tall! You love to roll across the whole house and get into everything. The other day I caught you trying to get out of the living room and roll down the hall, so mommy and daddy decided it was time to get a baby gate and baby proof this house of ours. You are going to start crawling any day now, well if you decide rolling isn't as fun as it use to be :)

I can't believe you already have 4 teeth and you are working on number 5 and 6. Pretty soon you are going to have a whole mouth full and officially be a toddler. You are such a joy to be around. You love to laugh and babble all day long. Most recently you have started to say Momma. It is so fun to hear you say my name! You do it the most when you are hungry and I am out of the room. Daddy is a little jealous that I got my name called first but I know you will make up for it as you get bigger and only want to play with him ;) 

Just this past week you have learned how to make noises with your hand on your mouth. It is so funny to watch you put your fingers up to your mouth and blow. You also love to blow raspberries on the windows and hear the funny noise it makes. You are quite the good eater too!  You are eating 2 full meals a day and sometimes 3. You love sweet potatoes and bananas and chicken. You still are not that fond of beef or any baby cereals. You are sleeping through the night now and wake up around 8am. You still do not like naps so have begun taking little 20 minute catnaps throughout the day, just enough to get the energy to keep playing with all your new toys you got for Christmas. 

We are so blessed to have you in our life. You make us so happy each day and remind us how great out God is. It seems like almost daily you are learning something new and we love watching that happen. You are a joy to us and we love you!
