Pumpkin White Chili

I figured since there is still some cold left I'd go ahead and share this recipe. I'm going off memory here but if you want the real recipe I am sure you can find it on the Whole Foods app or on their website. Seriously y'all it is so good we made it twice last week alone.
Ingredients
1 lb. Ground turkey
1 small onion
2 cloves garlic
1 yellow pepper (or whatever color you have on hand)
1 jalapeño pepper
1 can white beans drained and rinsed
1 can tomatoes in juices
1 can pumpkin purée
1 tsp cumin
2 tsp chili powder

Directions
Sauté onion, garlic, and peppers. Then add in ground turkey until browned.
Now add in all your beans, tomatoes, pumpin purée and 1 cup water.
Let simmer for 30 minutes or however long you have time for.

So yummy! Hope you enjoy :)
