balancing act

LB sits in this position for a few minutes every day. I wonder what he is thinking every time he does it. Maybe he is practicing to be a great acrobat. Or maybe he is learning cause and effect. In any case it makes me laugh so of course I had to snap a picture of his little balancing act.

I need to add a disclaimer as W read this and said it was too much tmi. So if you are a male dont read on. Or read at your own risk. Okay that's all I got
Isn't life though one big balancing act? I often wonder how much of our daily interaction do we tip toe around what really matters. 

I have also had quite the balancing act of emotions lately. Seriously y'all aunt flo still hasn't returned since giving birth to LB so I can go from 0 to 100 in about ten seconds. It. is. not. pretty. My hormones are all kind of crazy and I am hoping they soon return to normal or I am going to be one hot mess even more so then I am. I can't even imagine that.

Well LB is waking so I gotta end in a hurry but I did want to mention W has returned from his awesome canoeing/fishing trip and balance has finally returned to our house. It is amazing how out of sync everything seems when he is away and how quickly it calms down once he returns. Love that.
